I am working on an exciting opportunity for an Employment Solicitor to join the established and highly regarded team of a Legal 500 firm in their office in Wolverhampton. This high-performing team has a strong client base across the West Midlands and further afield, and thus enjoy a steady, varied, and reliable stream of casework.
We are looking for an experienced, organised, and highly motivated individual to join a busy team with a view to further developing their skills and providing a quality legal service, acting for both claimants and respondents.
The role provides the opportunity to take on a variety of work including:
1. Settlement agreements
2. Redundancy
3. Business re-organisations
4. Unfair dismissal claims
5. Equality and discrimination claims
6. Absence Management
7. Restrictive covenants
8. Contracts, policies, and handbooks
The successful candidate will have a minimum of a year’s post-qualification experience with both respondents and claimants. NQ's with relevant experience will also be considered.
Salary: £42,000 - £48,000 depending on experience
