Epsilon is seeking a Sr. Retail Media Operations Manager, internally known as the Sr. Operational Excellence Manager.
The Sr. Operational Excellence manager contributes to the creation, delivery, and training of our end-to-end "order to cash" process. This process enables all cross-functional teams to maintain a seamless and efficient process from pre-sales campaign to final campaign launch, including activation and billing. This role will take the initiative to evaluate areas of the business that can benefit from process improvement, analyze impacts to the process when new products are introduced, and utilize your experience to train cross-functional teams. A large component of the Operational Excellence team is not only process development and management, but also data integrity and ensuring our inputs of data at the start of the opportunity sales cycle are accurate to enable a smooth flow through both the automated systematic process of enabling and the manual components. Finally, the Operational Excellence team is in charge of maintaining our Brand Sales RASCI where we outline responsibilities and ownership across Sales, Account Management, Ad Operations, and other impacting cross-functional teams.
This team member will work on sample projects such as: RASCI Change Management, Standard Operating Procedures creation, Business Analyst for new products/processes, Training of new and existing employees on company best practices to maintain data integrity, gate check creation and training, contract templates and process, etc.
* Work together win together: This role will report to the Director, Operational Excellence and work closely with Sales, Client Solutions Management, Delivery Ad Operations, Retail Business Owners, Accounting & Finance, Product, Onboarding, and Analytics, Yield & Business Intelligence. This is a hybrid role, with an expectation of 2 days/week in office if located within 1-hour of an Epsilon or Publicis office location. If the candidate is located outside of the Tampa Bay area, they should expect to travel in for training and at least 2-4 times annually ongoing, as needed.

Who You Are
* What you'll bring with you:
o Experience and hands-on knowledge in retail media, eCommerce, and digital advertising.
o 3+ years of experience in a client-facing role.
o In-depth understanding of the MS Office product suite.
