What we are looking for: 1-3 years in electronic trading coverage or support, including knowledge of algorithmic trading and transaction cost of Analysis (TCA) A passopn for electronic trading and a willingness to developed a deep knowledge of the marketplace and out product to help support out clients. Ability to enthusiasm to build relationships with clients and team members to deliver outstanding customer service. Knowledge of FIX protocol UNIX scripting knowledge Talkative and good at communications Self-motivated and take the responsibility seriously Fluent in both written and English. Proficiency in one of the other EU languages is a plus. About the role: Providing real-time support for Itarle's sell-side clients, ranging from Global investment banks to specialist Brokers, including answering questions about algorithm behaviour and performance, covering both European and US hours. Troubleshooting FIX and connectivity problems. Evaluating and communicating the performance of algorithms to clients and identifying new prospects. Communicating client feedback to the product team to help develop and improve our products.
