Our client is a global leader in their industry and is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end customer journey efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Management of current customer accounts
2. Handling a high volume of inbound phone calls
3. Building and maintaining relationships with carriers and customers
4. Providing exceptional customer service to clients and carriers
5. Resolving customer and carrier issues
6. Providing quotes, arranging bookings and taking payments
7. Demonstrating excellent multitasking skills and proficiency in computer software
8. Representing the company in a professional manner and serving as a role model to other employees
