Location: Richmond, London. Required to be in office 5 days a week.
Reports to: Alex Sullivan
Competitive Salary: £80,000 - £150,000 OTE, uncapped. Exact figures vary depending on client-specific salary structures.

Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Account Executive to join our team. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about sales, eager to learn, and ready to take their careers to the next level. As an Account Executive, you will be crucial in building relationships with potential clients, leading discovery calls and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Discovery Calls: Conduct engaging, value-driven discovery calls with pre-qualified prospects to understand their challenges, identify their needs, and demonstrate how we can support their business goals. Your ability to ask the right questions and actively listen will be key to uncovering opportunities.
* Relationship Building and Closing: Build strong connections with prospects to maintain a healthy pipeline and close deals efficiently.
* CRM Management: Keep detailed and accurate records of your sales activities in the CRM system.
What You Need to Succeed:
* Experience: A minimum of 2 years of sales experience is required. While SAAS/Tech sales experience is not necessary, as we provide comprehensive training, we value backgrounds in Door-to-Door Sales, Car Sales, Recruitment, and Estate Sales.
* Exceeded targets in previous roles.
