We are seeking an experienced MI & Regulatory Reporting Analyst with a solid background in delivering management information (MI) reporting within a regulated environment. Reporting to the Head of Regulatory Reporting, you will play a key role in ensuring the accurate and timely delivery of MI and regulatory reports, supporting compliance frameworks, and enhancing our data reporting capabilities to align with regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities: MI Reporting and Analysis: Take the lead in developing, maintaining, and delivering comprehensive MI reports, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and timely distribution to meet critical business requirements. Regulatory Compliance and Frameworks: Support the regulatory and financial reporting frameworks, ensuring they adhere to evolving best practices and regulatory expectations within a regulated business environment. Advanced Data Analysis in Excel: Leverage advanced Excel skills to analyze, interpret, and present complex datasets in a clear, actionable format, supporting both MI and regulatory reporting needs. Regulatory Change Monitoring: Stay up-to-date on the regulatory reporting landscape, ensuring that all MI reporting frameworks meet current standards and proactively adjust for upcoming regulatory changes. Stakeholder Engagement: Effectively communicate MI insights and complex regulatory requirements to both internal and external stakeholders, adapting data presentation to suit various audiences. Document Management and Compliance: Maintain detailed and up-to-date documentation, including procedures, interpretation guides, and policies that support our MI and regulatory reporting framework. Collaborative Cross-Functional Work: Collaborate with teams across the organization to ensure consistent understanding of reporting requirements and roles, while also encouraging continuous improvement and alignment with regulatory expectations. Customer-Focused Reporting Standards: Demonstrate a commitment to high standards, consistently meeting and exceeding expectations for internal and external customer satisfaction. Skills and Experience: Proven experience in MI reporting within a regulated environment, with a strong understanding of regulatory compliance requirements. Advanced proficiency in MS Excel for data analysis, including pivot tables, complex formulas, and data visualization tools. Ability to manage and prioritize tasks effectively to ensure reporting deadlines are met, with strong attention to detail and accuracy. Confidence in interpreting and presenting complex data in a clear, engaging manner, tailored to diverse stakeholders. Adaptable to assimilate new information quickly, with a proactive approach to continuous learning and improvement. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present effectively in group settings.
