Social Media Content Creator Location: Remote National Travel (up to 3 times/week) Job Type: Full-Time (40 Hours) Salary: Up to £28,000 per annum (Dependent on experience) About Us: The We Do Play Group operates multiple experiential leisure brands and is quickly becoming one of the largest leisure/entertainment operators in Europe. Our operations include Activate – the world’s first Active Gaming Facility, Flip Out – a global indoor adventure park for all ages, and Putt Putt Social – a rapidly expanding fusion of Asian Street Food & Adventure Golf, along with other leisure & hospitality brands. With 6 new venues opened in 2024 alone and over 15 planned for 2025, the team is excited to present an opening in the Marketing department to help facilitate future brand growth. Job Summary: As a Social Media Executive at We Do Play, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing our social media strategy across various platforms. You will be responsible for creating, curating, and managing all published content, ensuring that it aligns with our brand identity and engages our target audience. This role involves both strategic planning and hands-on content creation, including capturing and editing compelling visuals for all our brands. The role will require national travel to various venues up to 3 times per week. Key Responsibilities: Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the company’s goals. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging platforms to enhance our social media presence. Content Creation & Curation: Capture high-quality photos and videos showcasing the company’s products/services, events, and culture. Edit and enhance visual content to maintain a consistent aesthetic across all social media channels. Create engaging written content, including captions, hashtags, and other copy to accompany visuals. Channel Management: Manage and monitor all social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others. Schedule and publish content regularly, ensuring consistency and relevance. Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyse social media performance metrics to evaluate campaign success. Provide regular reports with insights and recommendations for improvement. Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media management and content creation. Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role. Strong photography and videography skills, with proficiency in editing tools, preferably Adobe Creative Cloud. In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and their respective audiences. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Creative mindset with a keen eye for visual aesthetics. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with social media analytics tools. Must be a driver with access to a personal vehicle. Other Information: Start date from 7th March onwards. Car allowance provided. Expenses covered, including fuel claims. Primary working hours are Monday to Friday (9 AM - 5 PM), with flexibility needed during peak times (e.g., school holidays, park openings). Additional hours can be taken back as time off in lieu (TOIL).
