* Achieve sales growth and activity targets by effectively implementing local Key Performance Indicators and promptly addressing issues.
* Use advanced selling skills to ensure appropriate prescribing of medicines, maintaining a thorough understanding of the therapy area, including disease, GSK medicines, competitors, campaigns, and the local health economy.
* Create and execute a personal business plan that aligns with and supports local health economy account plans.
* Customize multi-channel promotional activities based on local account plans to meet the specific needs of different customers.
* Build strong relationships with local customers, developing external experts and clinical advocacy within the primary care setting as required.
