Description
The Online Trading Executive for Brand.com is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of Brand.com by driving product sales, managing campaigns, and enhancing the overall user experience across the site. This role works closely with internal teams to ensure that the site’s product listings, promotions, and content are updated and optimised to support sales targets and the broader business strategy.
What This Role Does
Sales & Reporting
1. Assist with the execution of sales strategies for Brand.com, contributing to meeting and exceeding sales targets.
2. Regularly monitor site performance, reviewing key metrics such as traffic, conversion rates, and sales to identify areas for improvement.
3. Provide detailed sales reports and analysis to senior management, highlighting performance trends and potential opportunities for growth.
Website Management & Content Support
1. Support the implementation of updates to Brand.com, ensuring product listings, promotions, and offers are presented accurately and timely.
2. Work with the content management system (CMS) to upload content and troubleshoot any issues across the site.
3. Collaborate with the marketing team to align online content with ongoing campaigns and promotional strategies.
Stock Management
1. Assist with stock management, ensuring product availability across Brand.com.
2. Collaborate with the supply chain and retail teams to ensure timely deliveries and resolve any stock discrepancies.
3. Support the execution of sampling campaigns and Gift with Purchase (GWP) programmes to enhance the customer experience and drive sales.
Campaign Execution & Marketing Support
1. Help implement and optimise digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and affiliate programs.
2. Track campaign success using key performance indicators and provide feedback to refine future initiatives.
3. Assist the marketing team in creating promotional content for email, CRM, and other digital platforms to enhance engagement.
Project Support
1. Provide assistance in the execution of special projects and new product launches, ensuring they align with brand strategies and timelines.
2. Contribute to post-launch analysis to assess the effectiveness of product launches and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications
