Senior Engineer - (Electrical)
Location: Coupar Angus Site, Perth
Shifts: 2 days, 2 nights - 4 days off (8am - 8pm; 8pm - 8am)
Salary: £52,715 + Benefits

About the Role
Our Coupar site has an excellent track record of promoting internally as well as offering personal development through training courses. This presents an excellent opportunity to progress your career. Our UK Poultry division produces a third of all poultry eaten in the UK and represents more than half of 2 Sisters' business by sales. The division employs over 8,500 people working in a chilled environment to process poultry products which are then marketed to UK consumers via major retailers.
As a Senior Engineer - (Electrical), you will oversee a team of 6 engineers and act as the liaison between the engineers onsite and the management team.
This is a hands-on engineering role where you will be leading a small multi-skilled team.
Key Responsibilities
* Carry out maintenance inspections on a daily/weekly basis.
* Ensure all tasks are conducted at a high standard and be the first point of contact for unplanned breakdowns, ppm schedules, and team inventory tools.
* Report all machine activity defects in line with the defect and work reporting system.
* Prioritize workload.
* Propose continuous improvement projects, planning, and executing strategies for completing projects on time.
About You
You will be a fully qualified/time served multi-skilled electrical/mechanical engineer with experience in mentoring and leading a small team.
Key Skills/Qualifications
* Multi-skilled experience (70% Electrical / 30% Mechanical).
* Proven track record in a fast-paced environment.
* Experience managing others.
* Ability to handle pressure.
* Strong communication skills to effectively lead and manage teams.
