As a Client Services Assistant you will manage the day to day operations of the onsite staff café and client catering function. This is a varied role requiring strong time management and organisation skills to ensure meeting rooms are set up with relevant refreshments for upcoming appointments. A proactive approach will be required to ensure a seamless service is provided to clients and colleagues using both the onsite café and meeting room facilities. What you'll be doing as a Client Services Assistant: Manage the day to day running of the client floor kitchen and meeting rooms. Take delivery and organise the presentation of refreshments for client meeting rooms Clear board rooms of refreshments during and after meetings. Manage the day to day running of the Café. Provide and manage sales of food and drink items to staff, and process payments. Monitor stock levels and restock products, ensuring correct storage perishable food items. Ensure the daily cleanliness of the café and kitchen areas. What we are looking for: A proactive approach to work with strong organisational and time management skills. Experience working in a customer facing role is preferred but not essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
