This is a fulltime (37.5 hours per week) hybrid role. Team works onsite on average 2 days per week, during initial training it may be required to work onsite more. Contract: Till 31/03/2025 To temporarily assist the AR team in Darlington we're currently looking for an Accounts Receivable Assistant. In this role you'll be interacting via telephone and e-mail with other departments across the business. General admin tasks will also be your responsibility. We're looking for candidates with attention to detail who are open and friendly communicators. 1 - 2 years of experience in a similar role is preferred. Good knowledge of Excel is required. We will initially be focusing on Spanish speaking candidates as knowledge of Spanish would be very beneficial for this role. SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: - Experience of working in a client focused role using the telephone and e mail. - Experience of MS Office including intermediate Excel skills. - Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) to establish strong customer relationships. - Ability to prioritize work effectively - Excellent organizational skills. - To cover additional responsibilities within the team where needed. - Communications skills must be of a high standard. - Minimal level of relevant work experience required.
