Role Overview: Based in the London office, this hybrid role requires three days in the office. The successful candidate will manage stakeholders, gather requirements, and ensure the timely delivery of project streams. Key Responsibilities: • Stakeholder Management: Guide stakeholders through the discovery phase, capturing requirements for new projects and change requests. • Project Leadership: Oversee daily project tasks to ensure progress aligns with the required pace. • Collaboration: Work closely with the Head of Trade Finance and Treasury to ensure all essential features are included in the project scope. • Resource Management: Supervise Business Analyst and Developer resources. • Data Analysis: Conduct data analysis on large datasets and determine data usage. • Risk Management: Identify and communicate risks, impacts, and mitigation strategies, considering business implications. • Documentation: Maintain up-to-date product and business artifacts, ensuring all post-meeting actions are followed up with key stakeholders. • Process Translation: Convert complex end-user processes into step-by-step logic flows for automation. • Liaison: Coordinate with Finance, Credit Risk, and Treasury to prioritize key delivery items and schedules. Candidate Profile: • Expertise: Strong background in Business Analysis and Project Management. • Knowledge: Extensive experience in Trade Finance or Credit Risk, including familiarity with trade finance processes and products (e.g., letters of credit, parent company guarantees, documentary collections). • Lifecycle Understanding: Comprehensive understanding of the end-to-end lifecycle of trade finance transactions. • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with trade finance systems and platforms (e.g., SWIFT) and software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes. • Integration Experience: Experience with integration technologies and data migration. • System Implementation: Proven track record in system migration and implementation within existing IT architecture. • Data Skills: Strong understanding of data sourcing, analysis, and transformation. • Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of commodities and energy trading is advantageous.
