JOB PURPOSE
Grow the division through relationship building and regular contact with the existing account portfolio.
To proactively generate and manage sales enquiries for the division.
Provide regular marketing to support sales growth (email, social media, promotions…).
Support the budgeting process and provide forecasting information for analysis.
Be dynamic and responsive to any enquiries.
KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Contributes information, ideas, trend analysis, and research to help develop sales/marketing strategies.
2. Develop sales strategies and approaches for the target customer or product.
3. Develop & maintain excellent customer relations with the ethos of “Doing the right thing for the customer”.
4. To develop and maintain the CRM system.
5. To ensure all records are kept up to date with the relevant information.
6. Create, present, and deliver regular KPIs to the Senior Managers.
7. To follow up enquiries and quotations within a reasonable or agreed time frame.
8. To efficiently liaise with sales administrators.
9. To feedback market data to the Sales Director.
10. To always represent the company in a professional manner.
11. Provide effective communication to both internal and external customers.
12. Help to implement and adhere to company policies and procedures.
13. To work with drive and enthusiasm to meet targets set.
14. Other duties as deemed reasonable by Directors to ensure business success.
