We have a fantastic opportunity for the individual described above which we are working on exclusively with the architectural studio who are based in the Vale of Glamorgan, South Wales area.
Essentials:
1. The ability to work confidently across all RIBA stages with an in-depth knowledge of planning and technical processes
2. Strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations
3. Experience or qualification in passivhaus design
4. Residential, Housing and Social Housing/care sectors
5. Experience in phpp documents
6. An individual who has a genuine love for Sustainability, Low carbon design and the Passivhaus industry and someone who will assist in pushing passivhaus standards, energy softwares and passivhaus planning packages.
