We have an amazing opportunity for a Mixed Methods Research Director to join our talented Insight team. We’re looking for someone who is:
* an established, agency-side, Research Director with experience in retail/FMCG sectors
* an accomplished account manager, able to champion the accounts owned, build long-lasting relationships and maximise their growth potential
* able to create winning proposals for large and complex projects, incorporating Kokoro’s unique blend of human understanding and strategic thinking
* able to manage and resource projects of all sizes, especially proficient in large scale, complex, strategic ad hoc projects
* able to produce high quality, story-led outputs at speed, that demonstrate strategic thinking & drive activation for our clients
* a team player who can be hands on with qualitative moderation and data analysis when needed, as well as line manage, coach and motivate junior team members
