Description The Partner is a key leader responsible for the growth, strategic direction, and overall success of a thriving accountancy practice. This role focuses on increasing revenue and profitability by helping client businesses succeed, providing visionary leadership, and fostering a culture aligned with the firm's values. The Partner will drive the practice's long-term objectives, ensure operational excellence, and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to deliver outstanding results. Key Responsibilities Support the Hub Managing Partner in delivering the overarching Xeinadin vision, values, and strategic goals. Provide strategic direction to the regional office, ensuring alignment with the organisation’s broader objectives. Lead by example, demonstrating integrity, professionalism, and commitment to excellence in all aspects of leadership. Build and sustain high-performing teams, fostering a collaborative, motivated culture where team members are inspired to achieve outstanding results. Manage and grow a significant client portfolio, ensuring strong relationships and high levels of client satisfaction. Actively promote Xeinadin’s products and services to generate new business opportunities, enhancing the firm’s reputation and client base. Leverage industry knowledge and provide innovative solutions to clients, helping them achieve their business goals. Complete final reviews of larger, complex client files, ensuring the best possible value, advice, and quality are delivered. Oversee financial performance for the regional office, ensuring strong recovery rates and meeting revenue targets. Set and monitor billing targets for the office, acting when necessary to ensure financial goals are met. Implement best practices in financial management, utilising technology to drive efficiency and profitability. Contribute to the development and implementation of financial practices and processes that promote strong financial management and operational efficiency. Ensure that technical compliance and accuracy are maintained across all areas of work, meeting deadlines and regulatory requirements. Share best practices across the Hub and Group, enhancing operational standards and reducing risk across the organization. Ensure the regional office complies with all relevant legal, ethical, and statutory regulations. Lead initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, reduce risk, and drive continuous improvement. Recruit, develop, and manage a high-performing senior team to deliver exceptional client service and contribute to the overall success of the firm. Foster a supportive, inclusive environment where team members feel valued and motivated to perform at their best. Ensure open lines of communication between the team and senior leadership, encouraging feedback and collaboration. Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, helping them develop their skills and grow in their careers. Contribute knowledge and insights to enhance the firm's reputation and provide solutions that meet client needs. Demonstrate expertise in accounting, tax, and compliance to ensure clients receive the highest standards of service. Stay informed of industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory changes to guide clients and ensure the practice remains at the forefront of the profession. Key Requirements Accounting – ACA/ACCA or equivalent. Tax – CTA desirable but not mandatory. Similar experience as an Accounts and Tax Partner or Director in mid-tier firm Additional Requirements Ability to lead with vision and purpose, driving the growth and development of the practice. Deep understanding of the business landscape, market trends, and the challenges faced by clients. Expertise in building strong client relationships and delivering tailored solutions to meet their needs. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to resolve complex business challenges effectively.
