We are seeking a creative and data-driven Digital Content Manager to build on our digital marketing strategy including content creation and social media execution. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our brand's presence across all digital platforms including social media platforms, developing engaging content, and driving audience growth. The ideal candidate is a highly creative expert in digital content, with a deep understanding of digital trends and content strategies that resonate with our target audience.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Strategy Development:
* Create and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the company’s marketing and strategic business goals.
* Identify target audiences and develop content strategies tailored to each audience through their target platform.
Website Content Creation:
* Create engaging landing pages with strong content and messaging to support our marketing strategy.
* Monitor traffic, click through rates and other data to maximise performance of the FIDO.tech website.
Content Creation & Curation:
* Develop, curate, and manage engaging content for social media, website and other platforms, including text, images, videos, and other multimedia formats.
* Work with graphic design resource to create visually appealing content that aligns with brand aesthetics.
Community Management:
* Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, messages, and engage with followers in a timely and authentic manner.
* Foster and grow online communities, building strong relationships with our audience.
Campaign Management:
* Plan and execute social media campaigns, exploring innovative ways to promote FIDO across a range of campaign activities.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure campaigns are integrated across all digital channels.
Analytics & Reporting:
* Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
* Use data to drive decisions and improve the effectiveness of social media strategies.
Platform Management:
* Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and best practices.
* Experiment with new features and tools to enhance social media presence.
Collaboration & Cross-Functional Coordination:
* Work closely with the content, design, and marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all digital touchpoints.
* Coordinate with other departments to support product launches, events, and other key initiatives.
Brand Voice & Consistency:
* Ensure all social media content aligns with the brand’s voice, tone, and messaging guidelines.
* Act as a brand ambassador, maintaining a positive and consistent brand image online.
