Reed Marketing & Creative has a fantastic opportunity within Reed Talent Solutions for a Campaign Marketing Lead to join an amazing dynamic team.
Please note this role would be working from home 3 days a week.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the Marketing Manager in the preparation and delivery of the overall RTS marketing strategy by providing insight for your solution category: Digital transformation and change services
Empower stakeholders with specific channel marketing, as agreed, which may include e-mail sequences and templates, our quarterly newsletter, sales enablement material, social media including successfully delivering the category comms plan
Track and report on the development and deployment of marketing campaigns and product launches to drive brand awareness
Utilise their sales enablement and marketing automation tools including HubSpot to produce sales documentation, sequences, landing pages and tracking of category events
Work closely with Reed Talent Solutions and BD teams to ensure they have the right collateral to hit and meet the needs of their target audiences
Keep up to date with the latest marketing trends and competitor activity, in turn enabling you to deliver best in class marketing for Reed Talent Solutions.
The successful candidate will have previous experience within marketing across campagins, digital, CRM and really strong analytics skill.
In return you will receive a salary paying circa £40K depending on experience + excellent benefits + hybrid working (2 days office 3 days home) + Free parking when in the office.
