Excellent opportunity for a Legal Assistant/Secretary to join one of the South's leading law firms.
Our client is a well-established law firm with offices spread across Dorset and Somerset. They are currently looking for a Legal Assistant/Secretary to join their Land team in Wareham, Dorset.
The role will involve providing secretarial support to the lawyers within the Land team. Duties will include: preparing documents, typing via digital dictation, inputting information to the case management system, processing bills, dealing with regulatory compliance, booking client appointments, managing diaries, etc.
To be considered, they are happy to consider candidates from a range of backgrounds. The role would suit candidates with previous legal secretarial experience (ideally within property but they would consider other areas). They are also open to hearing from law graduates with admin experience who are looking to progress their careers in law.
