What you will do in your working day
* Answering the telephone and directing calls to the correct person
* Receiving small deliveries and directing larger deliveries to the loading bay
* Receive, sort and distribute any mail
* Organise and schedule meetings and appointments
* Maintain contact lists
* Develop and maintain a filing system
* Order office supplies
* Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies, verifying receipt of supplies
* Book travel arrangements
* Provide general support to visitors
* Provide information by answering questions and requests
* Take accurate minutes in meetings and distribute to attendees
* Prepare and monitor invoices
* Write letters and emails on behalf of management
* Photocopy and print documents
* Provide polite and professional communication
* Conduct data entry
* Assist the operational team during busy periods
