About the Role Reporting to the Director of Business Development, you’ll take ownership of Juniper’s marketing strategy — with a strong focus on digital channels. From social media and paid ads to content creation, events, and stakeholder engagement, this is a varied and exciting role with real impact. You’ll Lead On Designing and implementing digital marketing campaigns to drive learner recruitment and employer engagement Managing SEO, PPC, and website performance Creating dynamic content across blogs, social media, video, and email Planning events and exhibitions to increase brand visibility Monitoring KPIs, ROI, and performance data to continuously improve marketing efforts Leading on our CRM and email marketing journeys This is a hands-on role, perfect for someone who enjoys both strategy and execution. What We’re Looking For You’ll bring a creative mindset, strong digital expertise, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns at once. You should be confident with paid advertising platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok etc.), SEO best practices, social media trends, and CRM/email marketing tools like Mailchimp or HubSpot.
