Salary: Dependent on Experience (OTE circa £40,000)
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent (Monday to Friday) / Part-time hours will be considered for the right candidate, salary would be on a pro rata basis

Key Responsibilities:
* Business Development: Generate new leads, identify opportunities, and expand our client base.
* Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and candidates.
* Candidate Sourcing and Matching: Source, interview, and register candidates, ensuring the best match for client roles.
* Database Management: Maintain and update our candidate pool to ensure our database remains current and accurate.
* General Administration: Handle any administrative tasks as required, supporting the recruitment process.
