Our client is seeking an experienced Equine Veterinary Surgeon to join their dynamic team, working across two well-equipped practices. This position offers the flexibility of full-time or part-time hours, catering to your career and lifestyle needs. The role involves providing ambulatory services to a diverse population of competition and leisure horses, with access to excellent clinical facilities, including stables, stocks, and surgical suites.
Ideal candidates will be confident in their general practitioner skills and eager to join a supportive and friendly team. The practices have established strong collaborations with specialists in surgery, breeding, and internal medicine, offering expert assistance either remotely or through in-person visits. One of the practices boasts exceptional facilities, including mare and foal stocks, stabling, paddocks, a fully equipped examination and x-ray room, and a comprehensive surgical suite. Regular visits from specialists add variety to the first-opinion caseload, ensuring a stimulating and rewarding professional environment.

The Rota:
• Full-time or part-time position
• 1:6 on call rota covering out-of-hours on weekends and bank holidays
