The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our client's dynamic team, where you will be working on site at Dalry in North Ayrshire, within the life science sector.
The Role
As the Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing the cost and contract administration function on the company's projects. This will include, but not be limited to, Contract Administration, payment assessment, cost reporting, and change management. The role also includes input to the upstream main contract obligations.
Your Duties and Responsibilities
1. To administer the process of contracts, subcontracts, and services for the Companies projects.
2. To work closely with project teams and customers delivering a service to fully meet their requirements and develop repeat work through excellent performance and quality.
You Will Have the Following Qualifications and Experience
1. You must be familiar with NEC4 contracts experience and provide advice and guidance to others in the way in which the Contracts are to be administered.
2. Extensive experience as a quantity surveyor in construction or related industries, particularly mechanical works.
3. Experience as a Quantity Surveyor in a regulated sector.
It's Great If You Also Have the Following
1. Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors with relevant experience.
2. Experience in regulated process sectors would be an advantage.
3. EPCM experience.
