Job DescriptionWe have a great opportunity for a motivated individual to drive optimisation of the user journeys and experience across our retail sites, using our CMS’ full capabilities and delivering website updates and improvements to a high standard. As well as ensuring our retail sites remain compliant from both a content and cookie perspective, providing in depth, relevant analytics on customer actions and website activity.The successful candidate will have strong Drupal experience and have strong technical knowledge to assist with improving our retial website's functionality.The day to day:Apply HTML/CSS skills to implement ongoing changes to Drupal 10 retail websites, adhering to brand guidelines, SEO, and conversion goals, including wireframing, copywriting, page builds, and component updates.Demonstrate a solid grasp of SEO principles, Google algorithm impacts, and prioritize web changes aligned with Growth Marketing and business needs, managing stakeholder expectations.Support the Senior Content Manager in crafting and implementing content and SEO strategy across retail websites.Manage Google Analytics reporting suite for retail sites, interpret data for test hypotheses, and identify performance issues, collaborating with Data Science and Data Architects.Be responsible for regular website reporting, suggest initiatives for KPI enhancement, and ensure compliance with tag/cookie management solutions and legislation.Coordinate with third-party suppliers, including Drupal agency and Dev Ops teams, and be responsible for esure Jira/Confluence based Media Submissions Tracker.Collaborate with partners to manage web changes, based on best practices and technical constraints, and support occasional ad hoc tasks and out-of-hours actions.Align with overarching business objectives and assist prioritising website updates.Offer technical recommendations for Drupal site updates and configuration settings, and educate marketing partners on Drupal site capabilities.Provide recommendations on cookie notices and journey improvements, and optimize SEO based on Google Analytics/Search Console data.QualificationsWe encourage you to apply if you possess:Experience using Drupal 10 or similar website CMS system with a more complex site architectureGood proficiency in HTML and CSSStrong solid understanding of cookies and tag management systems with understanding of ICO, PECR and GDPR obligationsExperience using Google Analytics to deliver in depth reports on user journeysKnowledge of SEO standard process and technical considerationsConfident partner manager with excellent self-prioritisation skillsConfident using project management/tracking tools such as Jira and ConfluenceHigh level of attention to detailWe’d also like to hear if you haveExperience of working in a regulated environmentAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyExisting experience of agency managementA creative and inspired attitude with some UX and basic copywriting experienceAdditional InformationWhy choose us?This is your opportunity to be at the forefront of our game-changing journey and be part of something truly special!
