Able to provide highly specialized advice regarding all burns and plastics management. Experience of dealing with complex safeguarding cases. Teach multi-professional staff within the hospital and community regarding the management of burns and plastics care. Able to organise and prioritise own complex caseload of children and young people with burns and plastics injuries, working with multi-professional agencies consistently and continuously.
