Pensions Projects De-Risking Specialist Lead

Our APT business continues to grow and we are now looking for an experienced De-Risking lead to join one of our vibrant XPS office locations with hybrid working. This is an exciting role and would most likely suit someone with significant experience of DB pensions in a de-risking role.
As a De-risking Lead with XPS you will:
* Ownership of the de-risking project. Drive the projects forward, ensuring action is taken and momentum is kept.
* Ensure coordination between all APT teams.
* Feed in comments from the client and legal advisers, where relevant.
* Keep actions and timescales on track, incorporating additional ad-hoc actions when required.
* Lead client meetings, presenting results and advice to the client.
* Manage fees and quotations.
Your profile
Essential Criteria:
* Client/Project Management experience from concept to implementation.
* Extensive understanding of DB Pensions with significant de-risking experience.
* Effective interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and build long-term working relationships at all levels.
* Excellent stakeholder management.
* Strong written, verbal and presentation skills.
* Excellent organisational and planning skills.
* Able to create and manage documentation.
* Able to work as part of a multi-disciplined team.
* Recognise the need for a customer-focused approach to delivery.
