For the Trainee role, we are looking for someone with the right work ethic, a hunger to learn, good attention to detail, personable and ambitious. The right attitude is very important.
For the KAM role we are looking for someone with a proven track record in sales, preferably motor trade or B2B but not necessarily essential. Potentially someone in motor retail who would like to move into the fleet sector or maybe you are already in a fleet role, possibly restricted to one manufacturer but want to join a leasing company that will present further opportunities to sell all vehicles, car or LCV by any funding method. The ideal candidate will be ambitious and self-motivated, someone with energy and enthusiasm, a go-getter. A sound understanding of the fleet market along with the contract hire product itself would be an advantage.
The ideal person will have / be:
1. 2 to 5 years sales experience (depending on role)
2. Can evidence good account management
3. Motor trade background preferable but not essential
4. Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
5. Embrace Technology, familiar with computerised systems
6. Be prepared to visit clients throughout UK when/if required
7. Capable of demonstrating ability to secure new business through business development activity
8. Hold a full driving licence and be aged 21+ for insurance purposes
