Annual salary: up to £27,846.00 Customer Liaison Officer Norwich Full-Time Role, Permanent Role Salary up to £27,846 PA plus Company Car and Fuel card MPS are now seeking a Customer Liaison Officer to join our team; now in its Thirteenth year providing a stable and profitable contract, delivering excellent service and support through our local teams, who understand the importance of working together for the local community. About the Role: Your duties will include site visits with customers/contractors to ensure customer/client/contractors are updated frequently on progress of works so a company vehicle is provided. You'll need great organisational skills to keep on top of surveys, works, post inspections and complaints resolutions. This is a hybrid, field-based role; you'll primarily be on site 3 days a week, liaising with our contractors and tenants. It is permissible to work from home the remaining 2 days. Role Criteria: As you'll be required to provide a front-line professional service to all customers, we're looking for someone who will proactively deliver a positive experience We’re looking for someone with background in a commercial team, history of completing payer notices and confident to challenge price discrepancies when required, You'll coordinate and deliver all customer operational related tasks and communication materials as appropriate, ensure customer appointments are attended on time and to standard and proactively support the Group Customer Success Manager as required. The successful candidate for this role will have: Good time management, planning & organisational skills. Experience of working with computerised systems. Experience of working in a customer facing or service delivery role. Good written, verbal, and interpersonal skills. Strong customer experience ethos.
