Job Summary:
As an Employer Brand and Recruitment Marketing Associate, you will be part of an agile team across Cognizant EMEA increasing our brand recognition and attracting excellent talent to join the organization. While being the go-to team member for our UKI market, you will also own various aspects of the Employer Brand and Marketing (EB&M) function in partnership with your fellow team members. You are a fit for this role if you bring innovation and creative thinking along with your EB&M experience.
Your impact:
* Execute the EB&M strategy in alignment with our global EVP and company values to attract quality applicants
* Be a storyteller; showcase authentic associate experiences across a variety of mediums, creating both short-form and long-form content, as well as video
* Manage, adjust and report marketing campaigns to maximize ROI on platforms including CareerArc, Sprinklr, Beamery CRM, LinkedIn and Appcast
* Nurture our talent network of potential candidates to keep Cognizant front of mind
* Provide recruiter enablement such as brand coaching, event operations and enhancing the candidate experience
* Collaborate cross-functionally with our internal communications, social media, diversity and inclusion, and design teams, as well as across HR functions
* Promote EB&M activities and wins internally, cultivating buy-in from the business
* Conduct competitive intelligence on current market and industry trends
* Represent and support the company at various events to boost employer brand visibility and engagement.
* Highlight and integrate diversity, equity, and inclusion in all employer branding activities.
* Oversee and enhance the UKI career site by collaborating with different departments to create engaging and up-to-date content that attracts top talent.
To be successful, you need:
* Demonstrated experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing or transferrable role
* Native or Bilingual Proficiency in English
* Ability to be a self-starter working both independently and collaboratively
* Adept at project management, problem-solving, creative thinking and an always-forward attitude
* Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks simultaneously, ensuring timely and effective execution of all employer branding initiatives.
* Managed and optimized paid campaigns across various channels.
* Implemented employer branding and marketing initiatives in previous companies, with a track record of innovative ideas.
What’s nice to have:
* Previous experience with Fortune 500 and/or a large global enterprise
* Familiarity with IT consultancies
* Experience marketing across all job levels
* Experience with one or more of the following platforms: Beamery, CareerArc, Sprinklr, Appcast, Canva, JobPixel, HappyDance, Trello
