Job Summary
The Demand Generation Lead at Veritas Prime is a dynamic and proactive role focused on driving sales growth and expanding the sales pipeline. This individual will leverage exceptional communication skills to prospect and engage with high-volume and strategic business accounts through phone, email, and social media strategies. They will collaborate closely with Veritas Prime colleagues and SAP Sales teams to identify and target prospective customers, understand their needs, and assess their fit for SAP SuccessFactors and Veritas Prime solutions. The role requires strong organizational and time management abilities, an entrepreneurial spirit, and a keen interest in cloud technology and HR. Experience in HR software is preferred but not required, along with a proven track record of meeting and/or exceeding activity goals.
Nature & Scope
Proactive Prospecting: Actively prospect high volume and strategic business accounts using phone, email, and social media strategies to generate interest and leads.
CRM Management: Own the ongoing management of the CRM system from a data input and maintenance perspective for Demand Generation ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
Needs Analysis: Identify and understand the needs and challenges of prospective customers to creatively tailor email sequences and other outbound demand strategies accordingly.
Demand Generation Management: Collaborate with Veritas Prime colleagues and external SAP Sales teams to maintain, organize, identify and run campaigns for target accounts.
Fit Assessment: Assess prospects' interest and alignment with SAP SuccessFactors and Veritas Prime solutions and prioritize, develop and execute campaigns appropriately.
Sales Growth: Drive sales growth and expand the pipeline (lead generation) by scheduling introductory and discovery meetings for Account Executives and senior sales team members.
Outbound Activities: Maintain a high level of outbound activities (emails, calls, digital, social media engagements) weekly to ensure consistent lead generation.
Team Support: Assist Account Executives and senior team members with deal activities and administrative tasks as needed.
Marketing Collaboration: Support marketing efforts through activities such as developing collateral, arranging logistics, planning and executing Veritas Prime events and managing event follow ups and lead generation activities.
