Are you a passionate healthcare professional with a drive for quality improvement and leadership? Join us as the Associate Director of Quality in the East Region and help shape the future of care across our services.
What You’ll Do
As a senior member of the Regional Leadership Team, you'll:
1. Lead and embed a culture of continuous quality improvement across sites in the East Region
2. Collaborate with Site Leaders and the Managing Director to support care excellence and regulatory compliance
3. Develop and oversee regional Quality Improvement plans and clinical governance systems
4. Provide expert leadership in infection prevention and control, patient safety, and risk management
5. Drive engagement through learning from incidents and sharing best practice
6. Act as Line Manager to the Regional Quality Improvement Lead
What We’re Looking For
7. A current NMC or HCPC registration with no restrictions
8. Significant senior clinical leadership experience in hospital, residential, or community settings
9. Specialist expertise in areas such as older adults, learning disabilities, mental health, or complex care
10. Proven ability to lead quality initiatives and coach others in improvement techniques
11. Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
12. Willingness to travel regularly across the region, with occasional overnight stays
