We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Administrator to support our team with administrative and office management tasks. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive individual with strong organisational skills and must have current proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Key Responsibilities Provide general administrative support to the team, ensuring smooth daily operations. Assist with data entry, document management, and filing of client records. Use MS Excel to manage spreadsheets, update financial records, and generate reports. Assist with office organisation. Assist with client bookkeeping tasks. Ensure compliance with company policies and confidentiality of sensitive financial data. Candidate Requirements Essential Must be competent in Microsoft Excel (e.g., data entry, formulas, and spreadsheets). Proven experience in an administrative or office support role, preferably within an accountancy practice or finance-related setting. Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial information. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Confidentiality and discretion when handling client information.
