Key Accountabilities: Lead strategy, performance and manage overall relationships between Wincanton and EDF including that of sub-contractors. Drive delivery of organic growth, along with creating, owning and reviewing the EDF Key Account Plan ensuring we achieve all agreed revenue and profit targets. Liaise with customers to ensure all contractual/commercial requirements are met, with performance and customer satisfaction being maintained at best-in-class levels. Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters, developing trusted advisor relationships with client, customer and executive sponsors. Develop internal relationships across Wincanton sectors/central functions to leverage multi-faceted solutions and support new business sales activity. Apply critical market/industrial knowledge to improve customer relationship and opportunities for growth, working closely with Business Development to track growth pipelines. Drive a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, ensuring a high-performance culture is developed and maintained across our sites and operations. Monitor upcoming contract renewals, along with working collaboratively with General Manager/Operational teams to set and meet stretching budgets to drive sector strategy. Note: Hybrid role with travel to sites in the South West, along with occasional travel to other UK regions. Exemplary customer relationship management skills, with excellent commercial acumen and ability to share a culture amongst stakeholders/teams to focus on bottom line performance along with long term strategy. Proven strong planning/analytical skills, with experience in understanding supply chain management IT solutions and technology to look at CI and offerings for our customers. Experience of change management processes, including successful delivery of change through resilience, tenacity and collaborative motivation of achievement. Proven experience of delivering customer-focused solutions, whilst juggling multiple account management projects. Sector experience of construction and/or manufacturing logistics/supply chain is required (managing NEC3/4 contracts desirable). What do we offer?
