Software Engineer
Role is based on site in Chard, Somerset - hybrid, flexible working patterns

What skills and experience will the Software Engineer need?
* A minimum of 3 years demonstrable & relative experience in robotics, programming or engineering.
* Capable of developing in C/C++, Python.
* Knowledge of path finding, navigation, forward kinematics algorithms.
* Experience with version control such as Git, SVN.
* Familiarity with electronics and low-level programming will be a benefit.
* Work well independently and as part of a team, using your own initiative.
* Strong prioritisation skills with the ability to manage competing demands.
* Excellent communication skills, ability to communicate verbally, written and via presentation according to audience.
