Adult Community/District Nurse

37.5 hours per week - Monday to Friday

Elect Recruitment is recruiting for Adult Community/District Nurses for Block Bookings who are committed to working across the West Midlands Area.
You will actively support the District Nursing team by undertaking responsibility for caseloads, assessments, planning, and evaluation of patients' care needs.
You will be required to liaise with all Health Care Professionals to ensure effective service delivery. You will be integral to the care of the patients, supporting the community and helping patients remain independent in their own homes. It is essential that you are willing to work in a supportive and friendly environment, with a team that is forward-thinking and proactive.
To be considered for this role, it is essential that you have access to your own transport as travel will be required across various locations along with experience in:
1. Compression
2. Wound Assessment
3. Catheterisation
4. Central Lines
5. Palliative Care/Support
6. Medical/Drug Administration
7. PEG
8. Phlebotomy
A minimum of one year's experience working either as an Adult Community/District Nurse in the UK, valid NMC registration, and the ability to provide references from Seniors/Managers covering the last 3 years are required.
The services operate 7 days a week between 08:00 am to 06:00 pm, with flexible shift patterns considered on offer from 08:00 am - 04:00 pm or 08:00 am - 05:00 pm.
This position is to start ASAP and comes with a great pay rate of up to £787.50 per week depending on experience. You will also be rewarded with 0.45 pence per mile for using your own car, which will be paid tax-free on top of your salary.
