We are seeking to recruit a Director of Reward, Benefits & Recognition to strengthen the leadership function within our Directorate and help deliver a People Strategy that enables us to achieve our strategic goals.
As Director of Reward, Benefits & Recognition, you’ll shape and innovate reward strategies, benefits offerings, and remuneration decisions to attract and retain world-class talent. You will also oversee pensions, ensure pay equality, and champion a high-performance culture. You’ll influence sector-wide initiatives while working within a diverse global community.
