What you’ll do in your role
The purpose of this critical role in the BTS Associate Community/Faculty team is to oversee various activities that enhance community engagement and support the effective functioning of our associate network.
Our external pool of associates (self-employed contractors), whether facilitators, coaches or business psychologists, are critical to the delivery of our work and future ability to scale our solutions.
This role involves partnership development, resource management, and ensuring quality through training and support. You will work closely with internal teams to streamline processes and foster a collaborative community environment.
The key responsibilities of the role will be
Partnership:
* Coordinate community events and manage the calendar for the associate community.
* Respond to associate queries and provide any needed additional support.
* Deliver system training to associates to ensure effective use of in-house platforms.
* Provide invoice guidance in collaboration with the finance team.
* Engage with global counterparts to share best practices across regions.
Resourcing:
* Support process development and implementation for smoother engagement across teams and regions.
* Coordinate onboarding processes, including drafting contracts and managing recruitment trackers.
* Oversee the leaver/offboarding process to ensure a smooth transition.
* Manage the internal resourcing inbox, responding to requests and queries.
* Support resourcing self-service by creating and maintaining Salesforce dashboards, reports, and updating internal platforms and resources as needed.
* Collaborate with the Operations team to streamline the resourcing of associates for client work.
Data:
* Organise and maintain documentation using the team’s Box folder structure.
* Ensure data accuracy and consistency for the associate community, including maintaining biographies and facilitating efficient resource allocation.
* Create and manage Smartsheet surveys to capture data for Associates, keeping records current and enabling effective resourcing decisions.

* Previous experience in working directly with associates/contractors is advantageous. This could include recruitment, onboarding, and/or resourcing processes.
* Proficiency with tools like Salesforce and Smartsheet would be beneficial for managing data, creating dashboards, and facilitating resource allocation processes.
The Associate Community Coordinator position is integral to our PRO (Projects, Resourcing, Operations) team, which supports the backbone of our business operations. This role offers a launching pad for career growth within BTS, providing opportunities to move into broader operational roles, such as Operations Lead. For those with a knack for strategic implementation and community management, pathways also exist into leadership roles within the team.
