The role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented paralegal to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who have recently completed the BPTC or LPC and are looking to launch or advance their legal career. The role offers a dynamic, fast-paced work environment with responsibilities across Private Client, Litigation, and potentially Property matters.
As a paralegal, you will play a key role in supporting your team by drafting legal documents and correspondence, attending client meetings, taking instructions, and assisting with case management. Full training will be provided, and we are committed to supporting any ongoing legal studies. For the right candidate, this position offers the prospect of a future training contract.
You will be expected to:
* Have high levels of client care communication skills both written and verbal and be confident in handling calls.
* Show empathy to vulnerable clients and be able to deal effectively with corporate departments and government agencies.
* Use initiative and be a proactive team player.
* Work accurately and precisely to set standards and strict deadlines.
* Be computer literate including working with Case Management Systems.
* Maintain files, records including filing and dealing with post.
* Show attention to detail.
* Have a good academic record.

Salary: Starts at £23,500 (reviewed after successful completion of the probation period)
Schedule: Monday to Friday – 9:30 am – 5:30 pm
Experience: Some office experience required
