Description Payroll Coordinator (12 month FTC, HYBRID) Manage and process weekly & monthly payrolls in a timely manner. Coordinate with the Accounting & Finance team to ensure accurate financial reporting. Resolve payroll discrepancies and answer employee queries about payments. Maintain accurate records of payroll documentation and transactions. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Participate in payroll projects, including system upgrades and process improvements. Develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless payroll processes. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection regulations. Profile A successful Payroll Coordinator (12 month FTC, HYBRID) should have: Previous experience in a similar Payroll position. Proficiency in payroll software and systems. Experience with high-volume payroll processing. Proficiency in manual payroll calculations and Excel. Strong communication skills.
