Key Responsibilities: Support teachers in delivering engaging, high-quality lessons and assist with classroom management. Help students stay focused, engaged, and on task. Provide one-to-one and small group support to enhance students' learning and development. Foster a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment for all students. Assist with preparing classroom resources and supporting general classroom activities. Report any concerns or issues to the appropriate staff members. What We’re Looking For: Experience: Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar educational role is essential. Enhanced DBS Check: Must be registered on the Update Service (or be willing to apply). Passion for Education: A strong commitment to supporting and inspiring students.
