Role: IT Field Delivery Engineer
Location: Norwich/Cambridge/Peterborough area
Contract Type: Permanent

Hours:
1. Thursday to Sunday shifts
2. Thursday to Saturday hours: 10 am till 8 pm
3. Sunday hours: 10 am till 6:30 pm

Role Purpose: Attend customer sites to provide support on IT hardware and software products within the required Service Level Agreement (SLA) and work efficiently and proactively to deliver IT support services to a wide range of customers.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Repair, diagnose, and replace PCs, laptops, printers, servers, retail equipment, and associated peripherals.
2. Achieve the KPI target of 5 visits/fixes per day.
3. Utilise PDA to check and update allocated calls in a timely manner to meet the required commit time, reflecting actual work done in real time.
4. Provide customer builds and configurations to desks as needed.
Skills and Experience:
1. Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in the operation of PCs, laptops, printers, and associated peripherals.
2. Customer Service: Strong customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction.
3. Security Clearance: Willingness to apply for or already hold Security Clearance.
4. Driving License: A valid UK Manual Driving Licence is required.
