As the original ‘Peat-Free Pioneers’ we are dedicated to delivering high-quality products and exceptional customer service. We are seeking an experienced, motivated, detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our friendly team based in Tetbury.
The Sales Administrator will play a vital role in supporting our sales team and providing excellent customer service via telephone and email to all our stockists. This position involves managing customer enquiries, processing orders and maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational skills, a friendly approachable manner and the ability to work collaboratively.
Key Responsibilities
Order Processing:
Management of shared mailbox
Receive and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Liaise with the Transport Planner to ensure timely delivery and follow up on order status.
Customer Support:
Respond to customer enquiries via telephone & email.
Provide product information, resolve issues, and maintain customer satisfaction.
Sales Support:
Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including preparing quotes.
Maintaining customer contact details and records on a regular basis
Skills:
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and MIS / CRM software.
Attributes:
Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Experience:
Sales Administration : 2 years minimum
GCSE Maths: Grade C +
