Job Title: Warehouse Administrator Location: Speke Salary: £23,500 per annum Working Hours: Between 08:45 AM - 5:00 PM (Monday to Friday) Job Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and highly organised Warehouse Administrator to join our fast-paced team based in Speke. In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our warehouse, from stock management and order processing to coordinating deliveries and returns. Responsibilities: Administrative Support: You'll be responsible for supporting the warehouse team with a variety of administrative tasks. This includes maintaining accurate documentation, both digital and physical, and ensuring that all data is up-to-date and correctly filed. Stock Control: From processing stock orders to monitoring inventory, you'll be hands-on with managing stock levels. You'll also conduct regular cycle counts and assist with audits to keep our stock in check, ensuring we're always prepared and can meet demand. Order Handling: You'll process assembly orders with precision, preparing daily picking lists and ensuring customer orders are handled efficiently. Working closely with sales and customer service teams, you'll make sure everything flows smoothly, from order to dispatch. Returns Management: Handling returns will be a key part of your role. You'll ensure that any returned goods are recorded accurately and processed in line with company policies, while collaborating with the Sales Support team to resolve any issues swiftly. Transport Coordination: You'll take the lead in organising transport, maintaining records of daily movements, and liaising with couriers and transport providers to guarantee on-time deliveries. Any delivery issues? You'll be the first to know and resolve them. What We're Looking For: Previous Experience: Ideally, you'll have experience in a similar warehouse admin or logistics support role. Having worked with stock control and order processing previously will definitely be an advantage. IT Proficiency: You'll need to be confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and ideally have experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or similar software like ERP systems. Strong Attention to Detail: Accuracy is key in this role. You'll need to stay on top of stock levels, ensure correct data entry, and keep our systems updated without missing a beat. Great Communication Skills: You'll be liaising with different teams, customers, and external partners daily. Strong written and verbal communication skills will help you keep everything running smoothly. Problem Solver: Things don't always go to plan We need someone who can think on their feet, tackling challenges and coming up with practical solutions to keep the warehouse moving efficiently. Excellent Time Management: You'll be juggling multiple tasks, so being able to prioritise and work well under pressure is essential. Deadlines don't scare you-you thrive on keeping everything organised and on time. Qualifications: Minimum of GCSEs or equivalent (required).
