Main duties of the job An opportunity has arisen for a full time Phlebotomy Manager within the Diagnostics and Therapies Care Group. The successful applicant will undertake the management for all aspects of staff and service; to be responsible for providing a professional phlebotomy service at both Medway NHSFT and Sheppey Community Hospital. We are looking for a flexible, reliable, proactive professional who can manage the team, work between sites, provide theoretical and practical training, and lead on service improvement working within Diagnostics and Therapies management team.
