Job Description:
An amazing job opportunity has arisen for a committed Registered Nurse to work in an exceptional mental health service based in the Blackburn, Lancashire area. You will be working for one of the UK’s leading health care providers.
This special mental health service caters to the treatment needs of male patients with a mental illness and/or personality disorder, maximising their opportunity for recovery, rehabilitation, and independent living.
To be considered for this position you must be qualified as a Registered Nurse (RMN or RNLD) with a current active NMC Pin.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Providing a high standard of care to people with mental illness and personality disorder.
2. Developing therapeutic relationships to optimise patient engagement.
3. Following all codes of conduct, standards, and legislation, respecting the rights of others and promoting ethical practice.
4. Contributing to patient assessments, compiling a plan of care alongside the individual, and monitoring patient progress.
5. Leading shifts and mentoring/supporting student nurses and other team members.

Salary and Benefits:
