We are now looking for an Admin Assistant to join us on a full-time, permanent basis. The Role As an Admin Assistant, you will provide essential administrative support, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily business activities. Specifically, you will co-ordinate schedules, manage correspondence, and maintain organised filing systems. You’ll also support project management activities by tracking deadlines, quotations and procurement processes, while liaising with stakeholders across the business. Additionally, you will: - Schedule and co-ordinate meetings, appointments, and site visits - Update and maintain programme trackers and spreadsheets - Arrange and co-ordinate risk assessments for various projects - Track quotations through to acceptance - Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and business documents About You To be considered as an Admin Assistant, you will need: - Proven experience in an administrative role - Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) - Excellent organisational and multitasking skills - Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal - Attention to detail and problem-solving skills - The ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience with MS Project would be beneficial to your application. Knowledge of health and safety practices would also be advantageous but is not essential.
