Customer Team Member Location: 33 Bridlington Street, Hunmanby, Filey, YO14 0JR Pay: £12.30 per hour Contract: 16 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent, part time Working pattern: Varied shifts including early mornings from 6am (store opening), afternoons, late evenings to 10pm (store closing) and weekends, to be discussed at interview

We’re looking for Customer Team Members to join our team at Co-op.

As a Customer Team Member, you’ll be part of a friendly team that’s dedicated to helping our customers. We’ll look to you to provide them with great service on the tills and the shop floor, while also performing a wide range of other tasks around the store like re-stocking shelves and cleaning up spillages.

What you'll do
* Provide friendly and thoughtful service – respond to customer queries, promote Co-op products and Membership, and ensure a great shopping experience
* Collaborate with colleagues to support store operations and solve customer problems
* Ensure store safety and compliance – keep shelves stocked, check prices, dates, and temperatures
* Assist with the introduction of new products and services, sharing experiences with colleagues
* Support community engagement through participation in activities and events
