As Lecturer or Senior Lecturer in Politics you will be required to make a significant contribution to the delivery of our Politics Programmes, contributing to the delivery of our modules and other areas of our core curriculum depending on your areas of expertise and experience. We welcome candidates who can contribute to, or lead modules, across a range of areas including, but not limited to, British Politics, Party Politics, Elections and Voting Systems, Parliamentary Studies, National and International Policy-making and Introductory International Relations. You will be expected to contribute to the research activities of one of our Research Units and meet the qualitative and qualitative requirements for submission to the next Research Excellence exercise. You will be an enthusiastic and friendly professional with excellent communication and interpersonal skills coupled with a commitment to providing an excellent student experience. An established or promising research profile in Politics and very good teaching experience on undergraduate Politics programmes is essential.
